Stat Slugfest

In December 2023, I launched StatSlugfest.com, which has been utilized to publish my thoughts on relevant analytical baseball topics.

My first piece, a profile and projection of Shota Imanaga, loaded with pitch shape and release metrics, advanced NPB statistics, and comparisons to other NPB stars who came over to MLB, was received well.

My second piece, regarding the pitching development infrastructure of the Boston Red Sox, headlined by Craig Breslow, Andrew Bailey, and Justin Willard, among others, is a piece I am also quite proud of, filled with projections, comparisons, and ideology.

While the site has not been updated in some time, I put the site on hold while I handled other baseball responsibilities. More articles will be up in the coming months.
